It all starts with a complimentary discovery session.  Discovery sessions are designed to help you get clear on where you are right now, where you want to get to, and what’s currently in the way.  Often these sessions alone provide you with the motivation to take action and up your performance. If we both feel that you’ll benefit from my support, then I’ll offer you one of my programmes. 

I offer 2 types of programmes: 

FLYING START

This programme is designed to set you up with everything that you need for long term success, from day one.

The programme includes:

  • A one to one coaching session where we go through every aspect of your lifestyle and set you up with a personalised plan of action for the achievement of your goals. We get crystal clear on exactly what needs to happen for you to achieve long-term success.
  • Access to both the best-selling ‘Vegan Body Plan’ course, and ‘The How To Go Vegan Masterclass’.
  • Permanent access to a private accountability Facebook group, exclusive to Vegan Body Plan members.

INTENSIVE

This programme is designed for those who want long-term, one to one coaching. Each INTENSIVE programme is completely bespoke and tailored to your individuals needs.  The minnimum length for an INTENSIVE programme is 3 months, and the frequency of sesions will be decided based on what I think will bring you the most value.

THE PROGRAMME includes:

  • One to one coaching sessions
    • During the initial session, we go through every aspect of your lifestyle  and set you up with a personalised plan of action for the achievement of your goals. We get clear on what works for you and what doesn’t based on your preferences and lifestyle. We uncover exactly what needs to happen for you to achieve long-term success, and then create a plan of action to make it happen.
    • Ongoing sessions providing invaluable accountability, support, and feedback to ensure that you’re always on track achieve your goals. I congratulate you when you’re doing well, and deliver tough love when your not following through on actions as agreed.

One of the most valuabel aspects of ongoing support is having guidance outside of the gym.  Many of my clients have invested in workout programmes and personal training in the past, but struggled with a lack of lifestyle and nutrition accountability. There are always events that can throw us off course, so being able to pre-empt these and then be held accountable to staying on track is gold.
