A TYPICAL ‘GO VEGAN’ CLIENT

A typical client who would like to go plant based is struggling with things like cheese and eggs.  They might still have some misconceptions about a Vegan diet such as ‘a Vegan diet is restrictive’ or ‘a Vegan diet is hard to maintain’. They have questions like ‘what would I eat if I was Vegan?’ or ‘where do Vegans get there protein from?’. Ultimately they lack a strategy and still need questions answering. Once these questions are answered and a strategy has been put in place, all it takes is sticking to a simple course of action that leaves you excited and satisfied from the start. Once getting crystal clear on their ‘why’ for making it happen, clients usually go fully plant-based in days, and never look back.

A TYPICAL BODY TRANSFORMATION CLIENT

A typical client will have struggled for years with consistency in diet and exercise. One week they’re in control, the next, life has gotten in the way. Within weeks of working together, my clients have moved to a plant-based lifestyle, have much more confidence in their bodies and are receiving compliments from others about looking healthier. After a couple of months, key behaviours have become habits and they feel in charge of achieving and maintaining their goal long-term. Goals that once seemed ridiculous like a 6-pack, suddenly become achievable, and a driver to even higher levels of performance.

 

THE NEXT STEP

It all starts with a complimentary discovery session.  Discovery sessions are designed to help you get clear on where you are right now, where you want to get to, and what’s currently in the way.  Often these sessions alone provide you with the motivation to take action and up your performance. If we both feel that you’ll benefit from my support long-term, then I’ll offer you one of my coaching programmes.

  • I disagree with fad diets that severely restrict carbs or fats.  Cutting anything out is unsustainable for long-term success. Instead, I work with you to build a diet that fuels you to perform at your best, with nutrition that your body thanks you for.
  • I know from my own experience of building my ideal body without a gym, that different approaches work for different people. I built my body on a beach in Brazil just with bodyweight. From the boardroom to the beach to the bedroom doorway…I tailor an approach to fit your own individual preferences.
  • My coaching style is professional and focused, yet informal. I want you to feel relaxed and leave every session feeling confident, inspired, and ready for action.
  • I take my clients success seriously and will support you to succeed.
