- When life gets in the way. We’ve all got lots going on and life can be very unpredictable. It’s easily lose momentum and can be hard to get back on track. The good news is that with the right planning, all this can be avoided!
- With nutrition. There’s always temptation and with a lack of accountability or the right food on hand, it can be easy to go for the easy/unhealthy options.
- When you’re in the wrong environment. There’s junk-food in the house, and perhaps the people who you spend time with encourage you to eat or drink foods that take you away from the goal.
- With dicipline. You know when you shouldn’t really have that treat, but have it anyway. It feels great in the moment but afterwards you end up kicking yourself!
- With a lack of knowledge. Either you’re not sure what to do, or following the wrong advice. Advice that might work for someone else but not for you. You’re a unique individual and you need a strategy that reflects this!
- Because of bad experiences with diets. Perhaps you’ve tried to lose weight or go Vegan in the past but always been left feeling hungry, too restricted, or lacking energy. Eventually it’s become unsustainable and you’ve stopped.
- With binging. This used to happen me, and it’s more common than you think. It was only when I completely changed my approach and put quality of life first, did this change. As soon as you focus on building a plan that leaves you feeling great in the moment then everything changes.
