Dinners have been surprisingly easy - as you said, a lot of good recipes online, Singapore noodles, beans and pulses, risottos, I found some actual Vegan mince in Sainsbury’s for Bolognese - and I have discovered plenty of free from biscuits also lack dairy which is great!
